This will allow us to properly research your order, and
provide you with an accurate status. We do not have
the ability to check the status of your order over the
phone, so please do not call and request one. We
respond to all e-mail within 24 hours.
Our toll free number is available to customers who do not
have Internet access, are away from their home or office, or
are having difficulties placing their order. Please do
not call us to request an order status, as we do not have
the ability to provide this over the phone.
